About Tej Kohli

I  am Tej Kohli. After 10 years of leading product teams at Grafix Softech, I’m marching ahead. Looking back in retrospect, I am proud of the considerable impact I’ve made on Grafix, bringing solutions to mission critical technical and business problems of Grafix clientele. I am proud of leading an innovation incubator and launching a number of interesting projects at Grafix, but above all, I am proud of the teams I have built and the people I’ve hired – to this day it is Grafix’s people that make this place great.

Well, I’ll keep posting about my best moments and some favorite stories at Grafix Softech, in general, I hope to blog more often, giving you an insight in product management, people management, the internet industry and also some random observations.
