It is another awesome picture that’s has genuinely motivated British consumers to jet off abroad. Shirley Valentine, is a classic tale of a middle aged woman enjoying a passionate holiday romance in Greece. Based on a play, this film revolves around a Liverpudlian housewife, who flies off to Greece with her best friend, leaving nothing but a note for her husband on the kitchen table. This is the story of self-realization and awareness which has inspired many to live life in the moment.

Roman Holiday

Roman holiday is a classic lover story set in Rome. The movie features the beautiful Audrey Hepburn in the character of a European princess Ann, who is on a diplomatic trip to the Italian capital. On a fateful night, she runs away from the palace and becomes friend with an American journalist through a dramatic series of events. The journalist ends up spending the day with her pretending that he’s not aware of her princess status. Tej Kohli‘s favorite scene in the movie is where they visit the mysterious Mouth of Truth.

A Little Romance

This movie takes you on an enchanting journey to the three main cities in Europe – Paris, Venice and Verona. The Gods Must Be Crazy

If Africa has never been on your list of your places to travel, perhaps after watching this movie you will change your mind. It’s a heart warming story of Bushmen who reside in a small village of Kalahari desert. They find out a coke bottle that someone has thrown out and this fills the residents with a sense of curiosity. After they fail to understand what it could have been used for, their chief announces that it is a gift from god that must be returned.

Just when we thought distance will tear apart Jesse James and Kat Von D, their love has brought them together again

The 42 year James and the 29 year old LA Ink star are very much together now and engaged for another time.

“Sometimes you are only given one chance in life,” James told a magazine. “It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her.”

James recently posted a photo of the two of them together embracing on twitter titled “para siempre” (or “forever” in Spanish).

Last month, the couple called off their engagement despite their love for each other. “I’m so sad, because I really love her,” James said in July. “The distance between us was just too much.”

The couple got engaged in January and had been considering a summer wedding around the one-year anniversary of their first date, which happened just days after James divorced his wife Sandra Bullock.

However, the distance between Los Angeles, where Von D shoots her reality show and James’ home outside Austin, Texas where he resides with his three kids was too much.

But when TLC canceled Von D’s show, “LA Ink,” today after four seasons, the couple headed for a a reunion. Von D had a different take on the situation.

“In an effort to capitalize on my recent breakup, the network has decided to focus their energy on re-editing events that didn’t happen while filming,” Von D told People.

“Regardless of everything I remain grateful,”she tweeted. The couple’s reconciliation comes after a difficult year for Von D.

Before they got back together, when it came time for her to promote the new season of “Ink,” Von D split before a television interview with “Good Day LA” rather than face questions about James.

“File your piles” to get rid of unnecessary clutter. With your to-do list, you’ll remember everything that needs to be accomplished.

Design your desk in such a way so that everything you need is easily accessible just by spinning around in your chair.

Position your light source so it does not create a “shadow of darkness” on your work surface. While avoiding glare and using natural light if available, “illuminate” creative and financial possibilities. If feasible, direct light for optimum efficiency: right-handed people should have light directed over their left shoulder, left-handed people, over their right.

A brainchild of the Island Yacht Design, this Tropical Mountain Paradise resembles what would happen if you put together everything that happens on Gilligan’s Island on one big ship. What’s surprising is that it even has an active volcano just like Gilligan’s Island, with lava flowing out into the lagoon, but the use is more creative.

That’s right, the ship does have a huge artificial volcano, which is perhaps the most extravagant as it gets. And I loathed those rock climbing walls on the carnival cruise…silly me!

There aren’t many islands left with real active volcanoes on them, says Tej Kohli. For now this ship is only a concept, but who know this is where they might shoot the next season of Survivor, with the winning tribe staying in the posh huts.

I wonder if the designers of this ship expects private buyers for their creation. “I frankly don’t know anyone who can afford to buy something like this,” quips Tej Kohli. May be we will have to wait to see this one becoming a reality, and it might take a long time.
